This site is for sharing information concerning the descendants of John McCurdy Williamson and Sarah Fox-Lee-Williamson.

This includes the Williamson, Strader and Hall families, and anyone else I find along the way. Where it is possible, we will be tracing backwards as well as forwards.

The primary focus of the site continues to revolve around my search for John McCurdy Williamson and his ancestors, however my interest have expanded in many directions and so now has the website.

A large section of the site will soon contain information on Alexander County, IL, focusing on the Olive Branch area and the families there, since that is where I find the most information on John M at this point. You can find it by clicking here the data is being added now.
